Custom Orders
How does it work? If you have something particular in mind please feel free to leave the details in the form. It can be anything from an architectural detail to a song! I will contact you back to discuss your order and email you some photos of the stones I have and think they will be suitable for the design and style. You can choose the colours and shapes you like most and then I email you a sketch of the design for your approval.
Once we agree these details I work out the exact price. Then I usually ask for a deposit (first payment) of 20% of the price. The rest is paid when the work is ready - I email you photos of the finished piece - some minor final changes and adjustments, like chain length, can be made at that stage. Then, when I receive the full payment I post it to any address in the world.
For the custom work I accept payment via Paypal by credit/debit card (you don't need to register or have an account with them) or cheques - but only within UK (the jewellery is posted once the cheque clears out).
