Scottish Spring

The idea of this pendant was in my head for long time but I wanted to use only the right stones and the right colour palette. Bronzite rectangle of the perfect deep brown shade looks exactly like the wet barks of Scots Pine trees; kyanite round beads have the delicate grey and blue tones of the sky in Spring and the peridot bead has the fresh green colour of new leaves. All wrapped carefully with silver coated wire. The pendant hangs on a satin cord - pale grey, like the heavy low clouds that bring sudden showers.
