Payment and shipment

In the shop section you can pay online by credit or debit card via PayPal.

All items are dispatched within 2 days of receiving full payment but please be aware that due to my location I cannot ship on weekends.

My jewellery is shipped in a bubble wrapped presentation box by Next Day Delivery (UK) or International Signed For Delivery (rest of the world) and is fully insured. It takes approx 5-10 working days (Europe) and around 14 days (rest of the world) for the item to arrive.

There is a fixed charge for shipment: £5 to the EU and £10 to the rest of the world – please select the appropriate profile from the drop-down menu when buying.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for any customs and duties charges should they be charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased I will be happy to discuss a solution - feel free to contact me. I devote my love, patience and many hours of my time to create every piece of my jewellery and would rather it be returned than not to be worn.

Unfortunately, I can't accept earring returns due to the UK health and safety regulations.

Sale items and custom made orders are NON-refundable or exchangeable.
